Greetings Beloved!

mir·a·cleˈmirək(ə)

a surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency.
“the miracle of rising from the grave”

wonder, marvel, sensation, phenomenon, supernatural phenomenon, mystery

“his recovery was a blessed miracle”

Today is I believe in Miracles day …

Scripture:

Joshua 24:17Contemporary English Version (CEV) – 17 The Lord is our God. We were slaves in Egypt as our ancestors had been, but we saw the Lord work miracles to set our people free and to bring us out of Egypt. Even though other nations were all around us, the Lord protected us wherever we went.

1 Chronicles 16:9 Sing praises to the Lord! Tell about his miracles.

1 Chronicles 16:12 Remember his miracles and all his wonders and his fair decisions.

SONG:

Since everything is possible for God, you can experience miracles in your life when you invite God to intervene – even in situations that seem impossible. But too often, people neglect to ask God for miracles in their lives, and end up settling for far less than God’s best for them.

You can always approach God with confidence if you trust in His Son, Jesus Christ. So don’t hesitate to pray about anything, including miracles!

PRAYER:

Dear Father, we know that there is nothing impossible with you. We believe it your word and what it says for everyone of us, therefore, we are calling down right now for miracles, breakthroughs, supernatural blessings … we are jars of clay, chosen vessels, we are asking for an outpouring of blessings in these containers you gave us, empty out the “dead” parts of us and fill up with “life and other treasures” that only you can give us … in your powerful, merciful, gracious name we pray…AMEN.

Okay, I’m praying for answered prayers and praise reports …

Love, Joy and Peace,
Debra J. Ellis

Reminder AND/OR for those of you just joining us: The purpose of Fast Wednesdays is to draw near to God on this specific day of the week fasting and praying in whatever manner the Holy Spirit is leading you as sisters (and some brothers) in Christ…some have fasted from social media, coffee, or observed a traditional fast with no eating from sunrise to sunset with only liquids for the day, no deserts, etc. I know many of us, for various reasons, participate every week but in different manners. This has still been beneficial and the blog continues to grow!

Need-a-Miracle-Prayer The key ingredient is that we are doing this together as sisters, of all ages, in the Lord, both chronologically and spiritually in accordance to: A God-Filled Life Titus 2:3-5 “Guide older women into lives of reverence so they end up as neither gossips nor drunks, but models of goodness. By looking at them, the younger women will know how to love their husbands and children, be virtuous and pure, keep a good house, be good wives. We don’t want anyone looking down on God’s Message because of their behavior.”  Note: Please share Fast Wednesdays with your friends and/or send me names to add to the distribution list. For now, I will post in three places: email (djf52055@gmail.com), Facebook (Debra Fuller Ellis) and blog in Word Press: https://fastwednesdays.wordpress.com
